Overview
The Compliance Program is an internal compliance system established and operated by companies to comply with fair trade laws voluntarily. It includes the CEO's commitment, an organization responsible for program operation, a manual containing checklists for management activities that violate fair trade laws, education and training plans, internal audits, and measures to prevent recurrence. Its purpose is to prevent violations of fair trade laws, thereby reducing legal costs due to illegal activities in the short term and increasing corporate value and competitiveness in the long term.
