Risk management is more important than ever this year, primarily as the Fair Trade Act, which has been substantially revised for the first time in 40 years, is being fully implemented.

The company has operated the "Fair Trade Compliance Program" since October 2006 to establish a fair trade order and prevent violations of fair trade-related laws.

The "Fair Trade Compliance Program" is an internal compliance system that autonomously establishes and operates a series of activities such as fair trade education, self-inspection,
corrective measures for law violations, and prevention of recurrence to prevent law compliance and violations.

The Fair Trade Compliance Program (CP) will be established when we understand and practice the POSCO Group's management philosophy of "Corporate Citizenship that Develops Together." This philosophy will be the foundation of the company's competitiveness.
